Hi, I'm Suzanne...

 

In my early years, I started out as a Personal Assistant, training at Souters Academy in London. I worked in many different industries, building my experience from the corporate sector to the entrepreneurship/start up ventures.

 

I was promoted to Executive Assistant, working with all levels of seniority, including CEO's, VIP's, and Directors.

 

I have developed a wide variety of strong and diverse skills in all administrative tasks, being Diary/Events and Travel Management that I enjoy the most and perform the most from for my clients today.

This entails running the diary, scheduling internal, external meetings, including Board Management meetings, ensuring all aspects have been taken into account effectively, to ensure a smooth process to your day.

Event Management

I organise small to medium sized events, whether it's a private dining event, team building day, Christmas party or an event of your choice. I work to cater for your needs, bringing creativity, enthusiasm and dedication to it to make it a success.

Email Management

I manage multiple email inboxes, thoroughly and accurately sorting and re-organising, providing effective processing systems to keep on top of your emails, while taking the load off you, via delegation, in a timely and confidential manner.

Travel Logistics

I organise all of the logistics for your travel plans and itinerary. This covers all types of transport, accommodation and some activities (dependent), this ensures all of your plans for your trip are taken care of in one place.

Administrative Support

I cover many aspects of administrative duties, these include even the jobs you hate - expenses, invoices, orders, bookings of goods/gifts and recruitment aspects.

Private/Personal Assistant

I also work as a private assistant, this can be anything from: organising your own personal diary, booking a cleaner for your home, organising a nanny, ordering a food delivery, booking your holiday, booking venues for brunches, lunches and dinners, booking your car to be serviced.
